The menu of Locanda

Our menu is changing constantly, following the season, and what is the best the market can offer.

Locanda San Lorenzo menu is creative and changes with time without forgetting our tradition and roots. A great respect for the ingredients, putting together instinct, research and technique, creating plates which highlight real flavours.
Meat and fish dishes are presented with curiosity and in an authentic way, with great attention to cooking techniques and lightness.

“Lamb of Alpago”, bred in the villages around our restaurant, is one of the main dishes on our menu: this lamb is in many and different plates, that highlight its tender and flavour some meat.

With the same spirit, we use other local produce, such as the trout from Alpago, the “mame” and “gialet” beans, game and saffron produced locally.
